WEDNESDAY | MACHINE GUNS

Shoulders & Arms: Rapid fire supersets with active recovery to blast through your shoulders, biceps and triceps.

THURSDAY | PILLAR KILLER

Core & Abdominals: Intense intervals focusing on big functional movements, core strength, stabilisation and isolation. This is not your average abs session; do not expect endless crunches.
