Legs & Glutes: Explosive lower body session, attacking the largest muscle group with speed and stamina. Expect heavy resistance with fast and furious intervals.
Shoulders & Arms: Rapid fire supersets with active recovery to blast through your shoulders, biceps and triceps.
Core & Abdominals: Intense intervals focusing on core power, core strength and core stabilisation. Build the foundations of a powerful centre.
GUTS & GLORY
This challenge based workout is designed to push you to the next level and focuses on measurable performance. Each Friday you will face a different selection of challenges on the treadmill & rig. Expect any combination of AMRAPs, EMOMs, distance, reps + time challenges. It takes GUTS to achieve GLORY.
Full Body: A 60 minute full body assault. Big compound movements designed to fully engage your core whilst building and maintaining muscle for a strong, lean body. No prisoners.
