The Sweat It approach combines targeted strength training with maximal effort cardio intervals. Each session different from the last to ensure maximum training effect. Sweat It sessions range from 40/ 50/ 60 minutes with 50% Rig and 50% Run; unless you choose D-Rig, in which case you will spend your entire session on the Rig. This is a no bullshit zone. We inspire by keeping it raw, attainable and healthy. Failure is all part of the process, we embrace it as an important lesson learnt.
