WHAT IS A SWEAT IT SESSION?
Our sessions alternate between cardio training on the treadmill and strength training on the Rig. Each individual Rig spot has a landmine, pull-up bar, bench, plates, dumbbells and resistance bands. We focus on different muscle groups each day, in order to give you a perfectly balanced week of training to and achieve optimal results. Stripped back, functional and raw, our method is designed to make you the best version of yourself. Our trainers are all fully qualified and selected on their ability to bring a challenging workout with big playlists and even bigger energy.

I’M A COMPLETE BEGINNER, IS THIS WORKOUT SUITABLE FOR ME?
The beauty of a Sweat It session is that while there is no doubt it will challenge you, it is suitable for everyone! We encourage beginners to come to a session and we love it when they do. Our mission is all about making people stronger and you won’t find a more encouraging studio. Your trainer will give you speeds and weight recommendations, but ultimately it’s your workout and you are in control.
To get the most out of your first session, please arrive to the studio 15 minutes early so we can show you the ropes.
I’M TERRIBLE AT RUNNING, IS THIS FOR ME?
Absolutely! Nobody would improve at anything by avoiding it. The beauty of running for cardio, is that everyone can do it, even if you don’t really love it. Your trainer will give you three options for speed on the treadmill, and you always have the option to pull back if you need to. We promise that each time you face that treadmill head on you will get stronger…and if running really isn’t your bag, you can always Double Rig.
WHAT’S THE BEST CLASS FOR A BEGINNER?
There is no easy option at Sweat It; each session offers you a challenge but rest assured that we really will look after you. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to the studio so we can set your mind at ease.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A SWEAT IT SESSION?
This really does depend on your lifestyle and goals, but we recommend that you train 3-5x per week, ensuring that you hit all your different muscle groups and get adequate recovery between sessions.
HOW LONG UNTIL I FEEL RESULTS?
If you’re hitting the studio between 3-5x per week, and fuelling your body correctly, you should start to feel those changes within 2-3 weeks. You’ll feel stronger, fitter and walking with a whole new swagger.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE RUN AND RIG?
High intensity interval training on the treadmill is proven to make you healthier, fitter and leaner when teamed with a conscious and balanced approach to nutrition. Teamed with our custom Rig, our sessions are designed to give you the most varied and functional resistance workout in London; focusing on hitting your full body over the week to make you stronger, more functional and build lean muscle mass which will increase your metabolism.

CAN I BUY PACKAGES ONLINE?
Of course, sign up for an account, sign in and then hit up the packages page. Add your credit card. We’ll save it for future purchases. You can also use it shake purchases.
WHAT PACKAGE OPTIONS ARE THERE?
You have two options to fuel your Sweat It addiction; buy a block of classes or sign up for a monthly package.
Scared of commitment but can’t keep away from our classes, the Sweat IT class packs are right up your street. Valid up to 6 months, and activated on the day of purchase, you will never feel rushed to use your credits. Choose from a pack of 5 classes, all the way up to 20 classes. Obviously the bigger the pack, the better the value!

COMMIT IT PACKAGES
Love the classes and ready to commit, the monthly Commit IT packages are you best option as they offer the best value for your hard earned cash. No contract, recurring monthly payments, you’re in control. Choose from 4 classes per month, all the way up to 12 classes per month. The Commit IT package will only activate on the date of your first booked class.
Get ready to achieve serious body goals! The Unlimited Sweat package gives unrestricted access to Sweat It classes. By far the best value package!
CAN I SHARE MY CLASSES
Absolutely, sharing is caring! Although we only allow sharing on the longer term Sweat packs. Feel free to book your friends into classes on your account, or alternatively we can share your package with another member so they can book classes themselves. We can’t however offer sharing with unlimited packages – that would just be silly!
HOW DO I SEE HOW MANY CLASSES I HAVE REMAINING?
Login to your Sweat IT account on the website and go to “My Series” to see your active packages and how many classes remain on each package.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP
At the moment none of our monthly Commit IT packages are contract based and can therefore be stopped/re-started from month to month. No freezing required!
BOOKING A SESSION
DO I BOOK A RIG AND A RUN SPOT?
You only need to book your starting spot, either Run or Rig, and you will alternate with the corresponding spot number on the Rig or Run at the end of each round. If you go for Double Rig, that is exactly what you get, no Run and you’ll stay on the Rig for the whole session. Brave!
SHOULD I START ON RUN OR RIG?
The choice is yours! Regardless of where you start, you will get the same workout.
HOW DO I BOOK MY CLASS?
Login to your Sweat IT account on the website and go to “The Schedule” to see the class timetable for the next 8 days. Choose your class and then pick your starting spot in the class. You will receive an email confirmation of the class booked and your chosen spot.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY SESSION?
You can book into a session up to 8 days in advance.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
You must cancel any class booking at least 12 hours in advance or you will forfeit your spot and have the class deducted from your account. This includes changing time slots under the 12-hour notice period. For the avoidance of doubt; if you cancel your booking with at least 12 hours’ notice, there will be no charge and the class will not be deducted from your account.
DO YOU ALLOW DROP-INS?
Absolutely, but it is worth checking online before heading down in case the session is fully booked.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST?
Many of our classes sell out, especially at peak times. If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Up to 12 hours before the class starts, if a spot becomes available, the booking system will automatically add the 1st waitlisted client into the class and will send them an email notification to confirm their spot number.
The waitlist deactivates 12 hours before the start of the class. If any spot becomes available within 12 hours, will be made available to online bookings.
WHAT IF I AM LATE?
You must be physically present and have completed class registration at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class starting, or you risk having your spot offered to another person on the waitlist. Any “no show” spots will be offered to clients who are physically present at the studio at the start of the class, on a first come first serve basis.
Our client experience is our priority, so you will not be allowed into the studio once the warm up has started. This is to avoid disruption to clients already in the studio and for your own injury prevention. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you have never done a session with us, and you miss the new client induction, you will not be allowed access to the session.
WHAT IS THE STANDBY LIST?
If you’re desperate to get your class fix, but there aren’t any spots free, you still have a chance of getting in! Head down to the studio 5 minutes before the class starts and add yourself to the standby list. Once we have our “no-show” count we’ll start going through the standby list in order of arrival.
CAN I MOVE MY BOOKING TO ANOTHER DAY OR TIME?
If you are outside the 12-hour no-cancellation window, you can always move to another session, just cancel the session and book your preferred session. If you need to move your booking but there are less than 12 hours until your scheduled class, that is considered a cancellation and the above cancellation policy applies. Sorry, no exceptions.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILBLE AT SWEAT IT?
Everything you might need; we’ve thought off. Showers, towels, lockers, luxury toiletries, hair dryers and straighteners.
CAN I BUY WATER FROM THE STUDIO?
We can do one better; we can provide you with a loan Sweat It water bottle for your session. You stay hydrated and we all help to save the planet!
SHOULD I EAT BEFORE CLASS?
You should absolutely ensure you are fuelled correctly for a session. Our sessions are physically demanding and we want you to get the most out of it. You know your body best, but we would recommend you eat something 30-60 minutes before the session. Keep it light and energy filled.
WHAT SHOULD I EAT POST CLASS?
Again, fuel is key. Immediately after session, you should look at consuming something protein filled with some carbs and fats. This will aid repair of your muscles and spike your metabolism.
CAN I TRAIN WITH YOU IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
You know your body better than we do, but we do recommend you seek advice from a medical professional before booking in so you know what is best for your long term physical health. If your doctor or physio give you the all clear, please make sure your trainer is aware of your injury when you enter the studio and they can make necessary modifications if necessary. If you cannot run, you can book into D-Rig – where you stay on the Rig for the full session. Ultimately, we want you to look after your body. There is no harm in taking your time with injury recovery.
HOW DOES THE 24HR KIT WASH SERVICE WORK?
Don’t want to lug your dirty gym kit home with you? We don’t blame you! Grab one of our laundry bags from reception, pop your gym kit inside and drop it in the dirty towel bin. Our housekeeping team will separate out any client kit and will wash them inside the mesh laundry bags on a cool wash, cool dry cycle and have them ready and waiting for your next session!
HOW DO I BOOK MY POST WORKOUT PROTEIN SHAKE
Pre-order in studio as you check in for your class at reception. All you need to decide is which spice girl is your fav, whether you want whey or vegan protein, and if you want the shake ready before or after your shower.
WHAT IF I’M PREGNANT OR JUST HAD A BABY?
Well, first get the all clear from your doctor or midwife. If you are good to go, please let your trainer know you are a new mum so we can make a couple of tweaks to your session as you need to take extra care as you ease back in.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THE CLASS?
Minimum age is 16, but you have to be accompanied by an adult until you are 18.
