Meet our Yoga Instructor, Cordelia. A busy mum of four, Cordelia has made it her ultimate goal to find balance between motherhood and keeping herself in good physical and mental health. Through her own yoga practice and over 20 years of teaching experience, she has made it her mission to explore what makes us perform as individuals, so she can enhance not only hers and her families lives but also share this gift with us.
