WHAT TO WEAR

Unless your are booked on D-Rig you will be running; so it is essential that you wear footwear that gives you adequate support. We recommend clothing designed to wick away all the inevitable sweat you’re going to produce. (PS, Respect your neighbour, keep it fresh)

CHECK-IN

If it is your first time with us, you should aim to check-in with our front of house team 15 minutes prior to the session beginning. This will allow you enough time to be shown around, lock away your belongings and be inducted into the studio by your trainer 5 minutes before your session. If you miss your induction, we will not be able to allow you into the studio. After your first session, you must be checked in 5 minutes prior to the session starting.

LOCKERS

You will be able to lock away your belonging in the changing rooms. We have simple key-code lockers, with instructions on the inside of the door. If you have any trouble, please ask a member of the front of house team to help.

LATE COMING

There is strictly no admittance into the studio once the trainer has closed the door and started the warm up. This is for both the safety of our clients and also to avoid disruption. This rule will be enforced strictly. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session to avoid disappointment.
